High tension strings are best played with a strong neck like that of Steve Harris

The neck looks good. We needed to install a P bass neck on a Jazz bass body with PJ pickups. To do this, we had to widen the tuning machine ferrule holes. If you plan to drill holes on the back of the neck, start by putting the first and fourth strings on, then locate where you want the neck to be positioned. In terms of string spacing on the neck, the strings on the edges The high tension Rotosound Steve Harris strings work well with these There is some wood filler inside the fret insert cavities, which is the one downer for this guitar. Felt a little sloppily done.
