They tend to move around in the switch, but I have never had one come off, and I play a lot.
As the toppers had only two points for tightening they eventually slipped off the switch. This was caused by the fact that they were only tightenable at two points. The company contacted me to send their updated review after I initially wrote an honest review about it. At this point, there are three tightening points with equal distances between them, so the toppers are snug and hold their place. There is no need to rely on any of the bad reviews that claim that they will fall off your pedals. This is one fine example of a company that is honestly trying to improve their products.
