What kind of stickers come with the footswitch to indicate what you're using it ?

You will not find stickers on the package. You don't need stickers, but why would you need them? There is a light that indicates whether it is in dirty or clean mode.

The light on this pedal was on for the clean channel and off for the distortion channel when I used it with my crush 35rt. Why is that the case? How can I change it?

The channel state does not change instantly between dirty and clean

Very nice looking pedal that does not take up much space on your pedalboard. I am using it with CR120 combo and I noticed that there is a slight delay between switching between clean and dirty channels. The distortion you apply through a distortion pedal is not too powerful to feel like it has a real effect. It is instantaneous to go from dirty to clean. As of yet, I am still deciding whether I want to keep it.

I really like the way it is There is an option to change stickers, I love it. I love the small footprint this pedalboard takes up on my pedalboard. It is also a great.

With a standard instrument cable, I'm running it from a Rocker 32 combo and it switches between the natural and clean channels just fine. Therefore, it does what it is meant to do!.
