As such, if I recall correctly, you can switch channels with the first button and disable the effects with the second. There is quiet switching, and I like the bright LED's, which show you immediately which LED is on, a feature I had not expected. Unlike another reviewer, this one came with a genuine cable, lightweight, but fully functional, and will serve my purposes for quite some time. My expectation is that it will last for years to come due to its weight and high quality. The only downside to this switch (if you can call it that) is the bottom rails lack any rubber feet, which may cause it to slide on a slick floor, so I glued some small pieces of rubber on it and now it functions perfectly. I really like the Champion 40 amp. Now that it has the footswitch, I am able to use it a lot better. You should seriously consider this switch if you have a Champion 40, since it will help bring out the full potential of it in a live performance setting. Don't miss out on this opportunity!.
This is a very easy and simple product Comes with a 10' extension cord. Connect cables.
The reason I am using this is that I can turn on and off the effects with a tap, rather than turning the knob, on my Fender Champ 50xl amplifier. This appears to be exactly like the one I had on an amplifier I purchased in the late 80s and appears to be very durable and should last as long as the amp did. Despite its lack of cable, it did come with one. It is ok that the lights on the pedal work, but it might be confusing for anyone expecting the amp is going.
Fender Champion 40 amp by my son is now complete with this great amplifier. I started out with the champion 20 and the champion 40 is a huge upgrade. It is well worth the extra money to upgrade at the start.
Well, I was hoping this pedal would work with my Randall RG100SC amp, but In my experience with I own a cheap Fender 1 button footswitch, it does work with Randall amps, but only gets Gain Channel 2. There is a nice cable included with this pedal, and it is of very good quality. It's a shame that it doesn't work with my band amplifier.
