It's simple to clean and doesn't have a cheap feel to it. Is a hard worker who knows what she's doing.

I despise it when my kitchen is splattered with oil and grease. When I had a glass cooktop, it wasn't so bad, but cleaning my gas stove is a nightmare! I've tried three different splatter screens in the past, but some oil continues to splatter onto the stove. However, instead of using a screen to keep splatters at bay, you can use a solid lid to steam rather than fry your food. This splatter screen in particular appeals to me because it features a fine mesh rather than the larger holes found on some other brands. br>br>Aspects of this screen that I find appealing:
- It's made of 18/8 stainless steel, which is extremely tough and long-lasting. This indicates that it contains 18% chromium as well as 8% nickel. Nickel allows for strong welds (in the handles), making it more durable and less prone to denting. The mesh on top is stainless steel as well, but it is made of a less expensive material.
