I'm not sure, but it's something I've used on my boat. br>It should do what you want it to do, and if you're careful, it shouldn't scratch the finish.
I bought the Shurhold 10" Deck Brush, which is the same as the one you're talking about but with Medium Yellow Polystyrene Bristles, as well as the Shurhold 833 6' Telescoping Extension Handle with 43"-48" Reach. The length of the locking mechanism is 72 inches. It connects to the brush with ease and is extremely durable. I use it to scrub the deck of my Grady White Seafarer cuddy cabin, which is 22 feet long. For the past two years, I've been using it and it's fantastic. This handle was a good buy for me. br>FYI, while I prefer the 10" wide brush for large areas, I find it difficult to maneuver in smaller spaces such as recessed walkways that are less than 10" wide, so I clean the smaller, narrower areas with a 6" brush. It's like having the best of both worlds in one package. I hope this has been of assistance. Dan

This is a fantastic brush. This item was purchased to assist in the cleaning of my class C motorhome. My motorhome isn't kept in a garage, so it gets dirty. I was looking for a new brush system to replace my extenda pole car wash brushes. First and foremost, my roof is made of textured fiberglass. This brush did an excellent job of cleaning. Because the brush is so large, it has a lot more bristles on the surface and can clean with less pressure. I'm thinking about getting the blue brush for my roof because the yellow brush didn't get all of the textured areas clean, necessitating the use of a stiffer brush. Second, on the gelcoat fiberglass sides, this brush did an excellent job. There's a lot less scrubbing with this than with the old car brush. Washing high is great, but control was a bit of a challenge down low with the weight of the brush and pole becoming slippery. It took some trial and error to get the hang of it. I was able to easily wash beneath the deployed slides using the extension pole and curved. br>With the size of the brush and the curved extension, I was able to wash the tops of the slides and the undersides of the slide topper with ease. This area had not been cleaned in 6 years, but I was able to clean it with very little pressure. br>A great brush for RVs is the Shut Hold. I thought the bristle design was fantastic and the quality was excellent. br>By using this system, I was able to save time on laundry while also keeping my feet on the ground. Without the ladder, I was able to clean the front overhand and sides of the roof in far less time. I'd buy it again. br>.
This is the second Shurhold deck brush I've purchased. When I first put it out to dry, I made the mistake of pointing the bristles up, which rotted the wood after a few years. I'm keeping the bristles pointed down on this one, and the wood appears to be holding up well. Because they like the medium bristles, my friends frequently borrow the brush. I strongly advise you to do so.
Nonskid is a must-have. This medium brush performed far better than the soft brush I purchased years ago from another company. My nonskid was restored to its former glory. The starbrite cleaner is what I use. Because it's a little stiff, I wouldn't use it on other parts of the boat.
Because I've used the previous brush to clean so many things, I bought this as a refill. It's fantastic for cleaning the inside of my boat. sufficient to clean my car in a gentle manner When this one runs out, I'll purchase a third refill. br>I've had the original handle for more than two decades!.
It also appears to get the dirt out of the deck's groves. During normal use, some brissles come out, but overall, I'm pleased with the product; it works well in open areas, but it may not fit in a narrow walk-around area. Before you place an order, double-check the dimensions. On my walk around paths, I use the smaller brush, and everywhere else, I use the larger 10" brush.
I use this brush and love it so much that I bought one for my brother and his boat as a gift!.
This gentle brush is ideal for use on delicate surfaces. For nonskid decks, you'll need a stiffer brush.
This is the best deck brush I've ever owned; it has good scrubbing power while not harming the gelcoat finish. The rubber ring around the perimeter of the brush head prevents me from beating up my gunnels while scrubbing the deck, unlike the blue brush from West Marine, and the construction appears to be very well made. I'm thinking about getting a medium power brush to get the tough stuff off the non-stick surfaces. skid.
