My recollection is as follows: It was not possible to purchase only one. However, this is an excellent set.
I'm sorry, but I can't say that I'm perfect.

This caught my eye and I decided to purchase it. br>It's the best thing that has ever happened to me. I like how they come in a variety of sizes and how easy they are to clean. br>I use them about four times a week and they're still in excellent condition. br>As an extra precaution to avoid wasting the curd, I line the mold with Butter Mulsin Cloth rather than Cheese Cloth, which has larger holes and is ineffective. br>The mold creates a beautiful pattern on the cheese. We eat it raw and cure it to make it ripe. br>I'll get more molds, this time looking for ones with a follower. br>My cheese is fantastic.
For making soft cheeses, they come in convenient sizes. In comparison to similar products, the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend this product and would purchase it again.
These small containers are ideal for making cheese, and I make vegan cheeses, so it's a win-win situation.
Only the shipping package accounts for the four stars. The largest mold arrived bent because it was sent in a flimsy envelope.
There isn't any rennet left. The molds are nice, but there is no rennet. I have fresh goat's milk in the fridge, but I need to order Renette now.
They're a little flimsy, but I've only worked with one older, thicker set before, so I'm not sure if that's the norm. They arrived quickly, and the packaging was excellent.
It worked well with a variety of cheeses. It's sturdy, but not so thick that it's difficult to work with.
For beginners like me, it's fantastic.
