ABL is not vegan, but we have HP6 in our Amazon store that is.
Penicillium Candidum HP6, on the other hand, is available on Amazon through our store, The Cheese Connection.
Is it safe to eat if you don't keep it in the freezer? I bought it a while ago, but I didn't realize it needed to be frozen, so I kept it in my refrigerator. Is it possible for me to continue using it?

I have a herd of Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats that I milk and make cheese from. I used this product to make Brie, and it's the best Brie I've ever had. br>I'll buy it again without a doubt.
