It does not contain any lead.
I went back to buy one for a gift after receiving mine. The description had been updated to state that it was for decoration, which had previously been absent from the description. I'm not sure if this means it's dangerous to cook with. Because of this, I don't use it in my cooking. Sorry, this doesn't answer the question, but it relays my experience and opinion. I may test it at some point to see if the issue is lead or if they were simply trying to increase views by saying it was decorative.
The electric stove follows the same instructions as the traditional stove. Please don't use it on high heat, and you should be able to eat some of the tastiest and healthiest food you've ever had: )

It's likely that Moroccans living in Occupied Palestine made it because it's the Khamsah.

Because the tagine is also a work of art to be admired, I leave it out on display. I would buy from Kamsah again in a heartbeat. Thank you a lot!.
After spending some time in Morocco a few years ago, I've always wanted to make a Tagine. I didn't have enough room in my suitcase to purchase one while I was there. This one is stunning; The painting is exactly as good as it appears in the photo, and it was extremely well packed to ensure no damage during shipping. br>br>Because many Tagines are only meant to be used as serving vessels, I was relieved to discover that this one can also be used to cook, albeit at a low temperature. I have yet to try it, but if anything unexpected happens, I will update this review.
This tagine was purchased as a wedding present for a friend, and she absolutely adored it! She sent me photos of her very first cooked dish! It was incredibly flavorful, she said, and not at all messy! Everything fit right in, and the kitchen was clean and ready in no time! This is a beef and vegetable tagine; I had a delivery issue, but their customer service handled it quickly and professionally. Thank you very much, Kamsah:.
We had a small break at the top of the piece, which seemed to be due to shipping. Even though it wouldn't have affected cooking, I contacted the seller to see what I could do. Return? Alternatively, we were looking for a glue to use that would allow us to continue cooking. , because it could be glued without showing any signs of a break. There has been no reply. Nothing. We looked for a glue and discovered it. The vent hole was then discovered to be sealed due to an excessive amount of ceramic glaze. To drill and use it as a vent, we needed a ceramic drill bit. I was finally able to use it to prepare food. It was enough for one meal. It was necessary to understand how to use and clean the equipment. There are no instructions included.
My beautiful handmade pottery tagine arrived just a few days after I placed my order, and I'm enjoying discovering the delights of traditional Moroccan cuisine. The recipes I've tried so far are all easy to make, and the results are both visually appealing and delicious. The slow-cooked beef, lamb, chicken, and fish with assorted vegetables and spices are presented to the table with flair, and the slow-cooked beef, lamb, chicken, and fish with assorted vegetables and spices are presented to the table with flair, as well. Cooking in this manner frees up time to prepare for visitors. The tagine emits a wonderful aroma throughout the house. It appeals to both my wife and me.
My tagine, unfortunately, had been damaged during shipping, and the lid had a hairline crack when it arrived. It wouldn't have been a big deal if I hadn't intended to use it for cooking, but I did. Customer service was fantastic when I reached out to them. Ed stepped in to assist me, and they immediately sent out a replacement lid at no cost to me. I highly recommend this product; for the record, I ordered the larger tagine, which can easily feed four people!.
br>br>I am very pleased with the customer service; I accidentally ordered a medium size and attempted to order one size up, but my order had already been processed. Regardless, I was ecstatic to receive the extra-large size. This was crucial because I needed it for a planned party, which I would have had to cancel and reschedule if I hadn't done this. It would not have arrived on time if I hadn't ordered it. br>I am looking forward to using it! It's lovely on its own, but I can't wait to try it out with some chicken lemon tagine! I'll take pictures and report back once I've tried it out. Thank you for your patience and flexibility. br>br>.
While there are many inexpensive, lightly used tagines of unknown origins available, I was overjoyed when I came across this one - For me, this is the ideal option. br>br>You can buy new tagines from high-quality manufacturers in addition to used tagines, but I couldn't get excited about buying a traditional cooking dish from Emile Henri or Le Creuset, both French companies, especially since the French colonized North Africa. I was looking for a potter who was either from the area or from North Africa. br>br>Here are some of the reasons I adore this tagine:br>br>1) Because the tagine is a North African tradition, I was especially pleased that it was made by Tunisian potters. According to my understanding, the vendor is a fair trade company that gives back to the artisans, which is something that was important to me. (I couldn't find any third-party confirmation of its fair trade status, so I just took their word for it. ) )br>br>2) It's absolutely breathtaking. br>br>3) It is free of lead. br>br>I intended to cook in it, but discovered that it was easier and faster to cook the food in my Dutch oven or pressure cooker first, then serve in this tagine. br>br>This cookware/serving dish is a work of art that screams special occasion while paying homage to the culinary roots of tagines. When it's not in use, I keep it on a shelf in my living room because it's so lovely.
