Although I haven't tried it in the oven, I believe it will work. It's of excellent quality.
It stands at a height of six inches. I fell in love with this pan so much that I purchased a second one. My daughter received two as well. The product is of excellent quality and extremely practical.
They don't, in fact. In fact, I don't believe this pan has any flaws. Because I adore them, I've bought six of them over the years and given them as gifts. Well made
I never put my good pans in the dishwasher, but I can attest to the fact that this one is of exceptional quality and size. I have a total of six of them:

It was purchased for braising shanks, but I've also used it to boil ravioli, potatoes, and pasta. I'm a huge fan of the broad profile. Because of its shorter height, it easily transitions from stovetop to oven. Is there something I'm overlooking? Not sure why you'd pay a premium for a brand name? This pot is a workhorse.
I used onions to brown a large package of country ribs. In the oven, I finished them with a bottle of bbq sauce. But, but, but. . . . When cooking with stainless steel, make sure the pan is hot enough for a few drops of water to sizzle away. Pour in your oil and give it a good swirl. If the meat isn't ready to be moved, add it and leave it alone. When it's seared, it'll come loose. That way, you don't have to worry about splattering your food all over your pan. The pan has a few small cracks in it. The fissures will close up and the oil will give the food a nice release and make cleanup easier if you heat it first. I did a lot of research to find the pan I wanted. I returned three of them because they were too stock pot-like, and I needed to be able to fry in them as well. However, make a spaghetti sauce and add cooked pasta to it. This is excellent news for me. My ribs steamed tender for a long time after browning with the onions, and it arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Then I baked it with the lid off. The 10 qt pan's practical size will appeal to you.
N/c.
There will be no difference between today and 20 years from now. It would have been nice if I had received it sooner. Great.
For my money, I want heat distribution, ease of cleaning, and a valve!.
