Is it safe to put it in the dishwasher?

I was able to wash it without difficulty in the dishwasher. I'm not sure what the manufacturer's instructions are, but cleaning it in the dishwasher is no problem for me.

Is it possible for the handle to become warm? Is it going to stay cool, or is it going to get hot?

The temperature does not rise.

Is this a copper pan that can be used on an induction cooktop?

This response can be found in an FAQ: "As previously stated, Mauviel pans can be used on an induction stove, but an interface disc is required. Place the disc beneath the cookware for quick and effective heat transfer.

I have never owned a better cooking pan

Julia Child was a favorite of mine when I was a kid, and I used to watch her on PBS. She claimed that all you need is a good knife and a good pan, and that you don't need a kitchen full of useless gadgets. Finally, I purchased the most incredible pan. The shape is very French, and the long handle makes it simple to move around and flip, and it heats evenly! Cheapnpans' sides are usually much cooler than their bottoms, but not this one. It's a work of art that hangs in my kitchen, but it's also rekindled my passion for cooking. As an engineer, I understand how difficult it is to adhere a thin stainless layer to a thicker copper layer. I'm not going to make any educated guesses or attempt to answer any questions. They got it right, and this provides excellent non-conductive heat distribution with copper. surface that reacts to heat I've used it to make fluffy omelets, crêpes, and even a steak. Julia was absolutely correct! It's so good that it's worth every penny of the price!.

When you see it in person, it's a stunning pan. It's a lot of fun to cook with and it's very effective. With its sturdy handle and large cooking area, it heats up evenly and is a breeze to use. This is fantastic; it is pricey for some, but it is well worth it if you want a piece of cookware that will last a long time and look great. After this, I'll have to think about buying more Mauviel items.
