This braisser makes me swoon. It is, without a doubt, my most prized kitchenware. I couldn't decide between Creuset and Lodge, so I went with Creuset. Lodge's enameled cast iron is made in China, so I went with Creuset. I'm so pleased I bought this because it will last a lifetime and is 100% worth the money when you consider it like that.
For years, I've been eyeing this pan. I couldn't seem to stop myself from going back and forth. Is this something that I truly require? Is it something I'm likely to use? Is the font size correct? Oh, please believe me when I say that I use it almost every day. I adore it and am now kicking myself for not jumping in sooner. It's easy to clean and cooks up a storm. The dimensions are ideal for my family. I'll admit that it's a bit heavy, but that's part of what makes it so wonderful. It'll undoubtedly be a family heirloom. It was well worth the money!.
Anything goes when it comes to roasting and basting. I'd have the entire set if I could afford it. It took me a long time to save up enough money for this one item. However, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for, and LE Creuset is the epitome of quality, versatility, and durability.
It was a huge hit with my mother. This is a requirement.
With braised Pork Shoulder, I made my Grandma's Sauerkraut and Dumplings. This is a holiday custom. My Grandma would be proud of me! br>Did I say it's lovely?.
Excellent product with a more compact size.
