Questions & Answers
There are two sizes: the larger has an opening diameter of about one and a half inch, and the smaller has an opening diameter of about three quarters of an inch. Both worked well and yielded cannolis of a reasonable size.
I haven't tried making cannolis in an air fryer yet, but they turned out perfectly in the oven.
apprx 5. 5 centimeters in length and 2 centimeters in width.
The measurements are 5 x 5. 1 inch long, with a diameter of 1 inch from side to side and 1 inch from top to bottom if you look directly into one end of the form. To put it another way, they're round tubes rather than oval tubes.

It's also simple to keep clean.
I use them all the time to make cream rolls, and I love how easy they come out of the oven. You won't have to worry about lubrication with these! I would strongly suggest it.
When immersed in oil, the seam side always flips over to the bottom. Cannoli do not cook in a uniform manner. This is a terrible design. After only one use, I discarded them. I swapped them out for forms that were completely seamless.
The slight fluting in these forms may irritate Italian purists, but it has no effect on the taste of the cannoli; the fluting is so minor that the average Joe will not notice it; however, YOU will appreciate how easily the cannoli slide off these forms as you work.
There was nothing wrong with the product; however, I misread the description and it wasn't what I was looking for (it was too small). )br>br>It can still be used.
These cannoli shapes are very effective. Making cannolis was a breeze after purchasing these forms. Anyone who wants to make connolis should use them, in my opinion.
I haven't used them yet, but they appear to be of good quality. I do a lot of baking and cooking, so seeing something of high quality made me happy. I almost bought some cheaper ones, but I'm glad I decided to spend the extra money on these nonstick ones.
Used to make ladylocks, and they worked great; the dough slid right off after baking.
