I bought this with one specific purpose in mind. This pan, on the other hand, has been added to my regular rotation due to its surprising high quality! It's been in the oven at 450 degrees for an hour at a time and hasn't warped in the least. The nonstick is exactly what you'd expect, and finding a good nonstick pan these days isn't difficult. I'm glad this was one of the nonstick pans I had. Great roasting pan for the money!.

I've only used it twice so far, but it's been flawless. It's light but strong, and it cleans up beautifully (by hand).
Distribution of heat is even. I baked and broiled an entire family pack of chicken thighs, leaving room on the side for roasted potatoes or vegetables.
