These things are just crap, I can't say it enough it stuck every time no matter what I tried and the cotting on the muffin pan came off on the muffins, the pictures you see in my review show the cotting and those three muffins are the only ones that came out without breaking apart,, save your money there crap,.
I purchased a total of six pans. The "nonstick" coating on each pan did not stick to the pan after the first use. It was all over the muffins when it came off. Who knows what's lurking beneath that protective layer. Save money and your health by following these simple steps. Make a different purchase with your money.
On the bottom, the cups are the standard cupcake size, but they appear to be quite shallow - I'm guessing it's under an inch tall. Because there isn't enough pan to hold any cupcake worth eating, I'm afraid it will overflow the paper cupcake wrapper.
Several times as big. My half-sheet convection oven is too small for this. This is the second item from this company that I've had to return. Please have New Star Foodservice post the actual sizes of their products on Amazon!.
