I just got my liner in the mail. It's made of silicone and perforated in the same way that metal ones are. I'm not sure what pan you'd use this liner in, but you'll definitely need a pan or sheet to transport it to and from the oven because it's so thin. I have the 4 loaf liner, which measures 2 1/5 inches wide by 9 inches long by 1 1/8 inch deep in the loaf/bun area. I'll update the review if I have any additional thoughts after using it. The perforations, foldability, and fit on my 11x16 jellyroll pan are all shown in my photos.
It's very simple to use and works well with dough. I've made a variety of breads with perfect form and no sticking.
These molds appeal to me greatly. They make subs that are about 9 inches long. It comes with four molds and is ideal for my recipe. There is no need for non-alcoholic beverages. Spray with a stick. They don't stay in place at all. Cleaning is a breeze. This photo was taken just before I baked them.
It does not appeal to me! It appeared to be solid when viewed online, but it is actually mesh. I'm going to send it back!.
Since we aren't eating out, we used this to make our own hoagie buns. It was very effective and satisfied our craving for a sub sandwich.
I used it to make French baguettes, and I love how oven-safe it is and how easily the rolls come out. However, they are unquestionably larger than hotdog buns.
It was a waste of money. This was awful, and it wasn't even close to being non-sensical. The bread I was making became ruined as a result of the stick. I tossed it in the trash, along with the ruined bread. It was a complete waste of money.
It worked fine the first time I used it.
