The mold was perfect, and the recipe I used called for 4 cups of flour.
Aluminum is the material used to create it. I hand-wash it, so I'm not sure if it's dishwasher safe.

I purchased this mold after watching an episode of the British Baking Show and downloading a recipe; I have yet to use it, but plan to make Pandoro cakes for the holidays this winter. A beautiful presentation can be achieved by slicing the cake into horizontal layers and rotating them slightly. The mold appears to be well-made and durable. It was delivered on time and in good condition. The order and delivery communications were excellent, with a photo of the package on my doorstep included.
This was a Christmas present for me, and it helped me make some delicious pandoro bread. The dimensions are 7 x 7 x 7 x 7 x 7 x 7 x 5 x 7. 5 x 5. 9 inches) in the description, which appears to be a fairly standard size, but as good as Pandora was, I wish it had been bigger! Aluminum does not tarnish, and it appears to be made of exactly what it claims to be! If you're thinking about making pandoro, I wouldn't hesitate to add this to your cart.
I ordered this ahead of time so that I could make Pandoro as gifts for the holidays. I was blown away by how sturdy the pan is. I expected it to be much lighter, but I'm pleasantly surprised at how durable it is. I won't use it for at least a month, but I have high hopes for it.
