This is highly unlikely to be made in the USA. Having worked in machine shops for years, I understand how they work I already own one of these. *br>If it were a US product, it would cost over $200. Let me do the reverse engineering for you so I can provide a quote. Is that the kind of money you're willing to spend?
There is no doubt in my mind that I'd be using There is a tear near the top along the measuring scale of the decal, so it does not appear that it will last long. There might be an issue with the decal.
Currently, I have it on a workbench lying flat. In contrast, I have found it convenient to have it at a slight angle so I can see the lettering, so having it completely flat is not necessary. My understanding is that you cannot remove the sides of the frame. I will check next time I am in the

The size of the ORTUS SAE compared to the size of the UHMWP. Comparison of the Blue Fastener Line and Green Fastener Line Securing Line. Fasteners & Fasteners The nuts and bolts of W Nut and Company It is a programme that checks the threading of your bolts. A note about thread sizes - There is a missing 4 It will go to 9/16, but the CONS are I don't think it's a very good construction - It is correct that the plastic base was warped, as the reviews mention. No adhesive has been applied to the face sticker, and it appears that it will not last. It is not possible to line up the wood/sheet metal screw gauge holes. This is a screw length gauge of a design that is average and usable
$60
SUMMARY It is better for the range of sizes, however the quality is sub-par.
Ortus SAE and METRIC Bolt Gauges Check a Thread Nut Fastener Size
PROS The threads are a very good size and very well made Four sizes are the largest, just one short of four There is a screw length gauge of 40 millimeters of average usable length
CONS This takes up a lot of space and costs 86 dollars
Summary This is a great product, but the other options are better due to their size. The Fastener Line SAE and Metric Bolt Gauge is a useful tool to check if a thread fastener is tight enough. The base must be durable The threads are made of aluminum and silk screened* The remaining four have not been found This gauge has a maximum range of 40 inches and stops at 1/2 inch
Wood/sheet metal screw gauges, and is the largest of this group
CONS The smaller and larger sizes thought it would have been better with more choice
SUMMARY This is a great product, but I would recommend the Fastener Line Black SAE and Metric Bolt Gauge Check a Thread Fastener Tool. PROS A note about thread sizes - A combination of all four*Brand new*Heavy duty base
Two gauge lengths, one for flat heads and one for pan heads
Wood screw gauges/sheet metal screw gauges
Cons I found that the sticker was poorly applied, mine had wrinkles, and there wasn't anything There's no way it will be durable over time. I find it odd to use this angle for the Although they have an excellent product, the sticker adds a lot of trouble.
As he dumps, roots, finds, and then pours back into the can, he finds and finds. It's time to organize my home shop. ((shiver)) The cluttered mess is like a bad smell. The gauge tool is here to help you! My eyes have always been drawn to the one at Home Depot, and this is pretty much the same. I like how well it's made and how well it's Over several rainy weekend afternoons, I went through my hardware, measured it, and labelled it. This was such a great read! A complete range of sizes and pitches will not be available. In any case, I am pretty confident I was able to identify and sort most of what I had. (Blink) What are we to do now? To make it easy to use, it can be mounted to a bench or wall if you have the real estate. If it wasn't for storing it, all that would be left would be. Professional Contractors and Mechanics, I imagine, could make more frequent use of Though it may not be brought out again for a while. Although it is a little pricey, I still think it is a good value for anyone who wants to check their hardware size or organize their gear.
The sticker on the face plate of the unit that I received had quite a few bubbles, and was applied crookedly. There were two nuts that were welded behind the holds that were not attached at the back It is impossible to get the screw into the nut properly on several sizes because the center is away from the center of the nut. To make the threads on the nut side of the nut, I expected a plate of aluminum or steel to be machined out for $49 It is expected that the bolt side will have threaded rods or studs. Nuts and bolts were back tacked onto the back with a badly applied sticker on the back. The nuts and bolts are all usable, and some of the nuts were damaged but all were still salvageable. The design is also sturdy, but the quality is not as good. Due to the returning period having closed, I was not able to open and examine it until the end of it. Pass on this one and save your money.
The extra time I will save from not having to run back and forth to the hardware is invaluable. I have a minor problem with the top which is welded to the frame with threads that are off center In this way, the hole in several nuts is covered by the metal caps. With a Dremel tool I can clean it out, but a new product shouldn't require me to do that.
Structure is strong and the functionality is great for a workshop, but the quality is disappointing for the price. There is a lot of sloppiness in the welding and framing of the display. In the case of items priced below $30 I'd say $40 is a good investment, but considering the cost of the item, I would expect the product to be of higher quality. Using in retail displays or customer facing environments is not a good idea. The attached photos illustrate the point.
It came with both of the side flanges bent, along with the thread stud on the smallest pawl. The seller and I were both of the opinion it had likely been abused during shipping, but he offered to pay for return shipping and replace it or allow me to squeeze the pieces back into place, and he offered to give me a discount on another item. It was easy to bend back into place, and I truly.
It is nice and built well, but I have one concern In the middle of the stick, there is a Described on the label that covers the object's entire front around where it is pierced by bolts. This doesn't seem to be the kind of thing that will If the front panel of the aircraft had been painted or silk-screened, it would have been far better It's better to have the bolt sizes displayed on a screen rather than a sticker. The only way to know for sure is whether it holds up over time. Physically the thing is bulletproof since the bolts and nuts are welded to the front plate. Only the sticker needs to be removed.
The bolts on this unit are not square, and one of them has slight thread damage approximately 2/3 of An ear on the mounting bracket is slightly bent. Similarly to others who have stated, the vinyl sticker extends past the edges (to the top and right). There are a few small details that could make this unit a nice one if these weren't present. It looks as if they used standard bolts and nuts in each place. There are some that are machined on the back, and some that are It appeared that some of the bolts were modified or ground (maybe seconds that couldn't be sold as regular bolts?). Although it may sound harsh, I expected it to be a bit more impressive for the amount I paid. While some boxes came marked "made in China," others came blank.
