The case appeared to be a good idea at first, but the locking mechanism is terrible and will most likely break soon. Furthermore, the laminated chart you'll need to figure out which wire to use is crammed into the bottom of the box. As a result, laying it flat and reading it is impossible. It's a complete disaster. This is something I would not advise anyone to do. This should be replaced with a plastic fold-over case.
Despite the plastic box's shortcomings, I give this 5 stars. Even so, it's preferable to the vinyl packaging that the other wires come in. The end result appears to be satisfactory. I haven't used them yet because I use my Mitutoyo digital thread pitch micrometer for anything smaller than 1". Later on, I might write a more thorough review.
This wire set is one of my favorites. Wire holders work well, and the dimensions are spot on. When new, the case is a little difficult to open, but with each use, it becomes easier. For the home workshop, this is a fantastic set to have.
This is exactly what I needed to do some training on how to check thread pitch and get a number higher than what the functional thread plug gages could provide.
These items are useless in their current state. I'd return them if it wasn't too much of a hassle.

They are excellent. The wire holders are a waste of money. The wires are spot on in terms of size.
I've used a few of these and double-checked their accuracy with a micrometer before putting them to use. I tried all of them, and they were all correct. The only complaint I have is that the box is a little flimsy.
