There are six pieces in this set. The gages' length is 5/16-inch. 1/2-inch, 1/2-inch 7/8" and 7/8- 1/4" equals four. 528" in length The gages' lengths are as follows: 1- 1/4- 1/8", 2- 1/8- 1/2", as well as 3- 1/2- 6" are 5. The length is 394 inches.

Set is of good quality. I think I've only been off by a tenth of a percent. 001", and it's possible that this was due to a user error. I bought these to replace a much more expensive set I was using, and they work just as well as, if not better than, that set. This set exceeded my expectations. br>br> I have one gauge that has discoloration on it, but I believe that was due to allowing someone who electroplates to use it, and it became messed up as a result of his use. br>br>These are what I would suggest. The quality is quite good; however, someone with experience is required. They're great once you've had some practice with them.
When it comes to insize tools, I'm usually blown away. You get excellent value for your money. However, as mentioned in another review, a few of these are flat-ground rather than radius-ground. It's possible that the difference is only a few tenths of a percent. However, when it comes to bearing fits, this could be a problem. Regardless, I'm pleased with the set; these will suffice for budget-conscious machinists. br>br>I'm still perplexed as to why Insize would do such a thing; I've never heard of any other brands doing so or having this problem.
The ends of the three largest ones should have a radius, but they were flat on the end.
