It may not be of the highest quality, but it will suffice for the average mechanic or weekend machinist. There is no certification document, but it reads similarly to some of my more expensive tools.

Everything appears to be of the highest possible standard. The Micrometers are large and bulky. duty, and it's a pleasure to work with. I haven't tried any of the other tools in this kit yet, but they all appear to be well-made. The only drawback is that the dial bore gauge is a little shorter than I expected for those difficult-to-reach center cam and main journals. Still, for the next race engine build, it should be fine. For the price, and for someone who only builds a few engines per year, this is a must-have.
