There is no way to get in touch with the It broke just a few times after use. The calipers I bought weren't going to be super accurate, I knew that when I bought them. In truth, I didn't need a high degree of accuracy, so it made no difference. Yet, I needed calipers that would turn on after being used a number of times. *I purchased these calipers about eight months ago, but I don't have them. However, you might point out that it was over eight months ago, perhaps I used them multiple times every day for that amount of time? This is incorrect. Over the course of eight months, I used these a total of 12 times. My measurement device did not work when I tried to turn it on while I was measuring something today. I figured I just had to replace the battery, nothing to worry about. Once again, I was wrong. Batteries fresh from the store did not help. We can safely say that the unit has been faulty for quite some time. Having difficulty reaching the manufacturer "Neiko", I contacted the customer service department. When I examined the calipers, I realized there was no contact information, or documentation at all. My first course of action was to check online, but I couldn't find anything. There are dozens of companies on the Internet that sell Neiko tools, but there is no Neiko website and no way to contact the company. Thus, I signed into Amazon to see if they would be able to help me locate the manufacturer of the product. My return window is closed (not surprising) and the customer support window for this product is closed as well. That all said, I am out of my return window when it comes to this product. Thus, I now have a pair of broken calipers that I can't get in touch with a manufacturer or distributor about. Although these products were not expensive, I expect them to last over the course of less than a year even if they are only $20. My usual advice is to never buy something like this. I highly recommend that you do not purchase it. It's inevitable that things go wrong, and I do not blame companies for the occasional faulty product, but I blame them when they do respond to problems with There is no evidence that this company even exists.

In my case, I am disabled and have no choice but to retire. Due to the limited funds I have, you can imagine my situation is very challenging. The vernier caliper I used several years ago was badly damaged, and I don't want to mistakenly replace it with one that I found immediately. The company's nbsp The callipers on my computer are constantly glitching. When I slide outward, the numbers make sense at first, but if I try to close the gap, they start jumping all over the place. There are no more accurate measurements, and they become totally inaccurate. There is no low battery warning, and I have never experienced this issue with other digital calipers maybe it is just a defective model. I was so bummed because it takes so long for them to correctly read, I might as well use a ruler again.
