The calipers you're using are not reliable. There is blunting of the points. Precision is not achieved as they are found flat and not sharply pointed. The measurements you can take with these are inaccurate. There is also a tangle in the adjustment screws that hold the points in place. All in all, it is of no use when it comes to measuring precision. I will never use these calipers to perform an ECG on a patient in which their lives are at stake.
