I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL! I paid $125 for this service. A fake pair of shoes. Once I brought them to work after 3 days, my screen was scrambled, which is when I realized they were phony. Our decision to purchase these was based on the fact that they were Amazon's choice. Was going to post zero stars but it wouldn't let me. THESE INSPECTION TOOLS ARE MY WORK! I MAKE MY LIVING WITH THEM!.

Buying from Amazon brought up some concerns for me because of fakes out there. I'd like to begin by stating that mine are the real deal. According to the checklist for fakes provided, my counterfeit did have one problem the "ORIGIN" button did not go back, but the rest of it passed Therefore, I sent a number of photos of the calipers as well as the documentation directly to Mitutoyo. It was very quick and they confirmed they had changed the "ORIGIN" button on the 500 series, and it had been recessed before. There was specific wording saying the change had been made to Although it is unlikely that all of the 500 series have been redesigned to this model, it is plausible that this has been the case.
