The caliper is very accurate for a reasonable price

I purchased the caliper for hobbyist use and have been extremely pleased with its performance. With calipers, I own a few high dollar ones, and this one is just as precise as the others I have paid 10x as much for. It's not yet clear if the device will last for a long time. My satisfaction will lie in getting a year's worth of use from the device.

It'd be nice to have a set of digital calipers. I didn't want to break the bank, but I wanted some decent ones. It is a great match for the situation. I have measured the same thing and had a very good repeatability on the measurements. The device comes with extra batteries, and I also like that it comes with a hard case, unlike some of the competition in this price range. The purchase is a good one in my opinion.
