The perfect size for projects of any size!

It includes one 10" by 12" sheet. The grid is made of an aluminum sheet expanded to 1/4 inch cells.

This material is utilized for a wide range of purposes, including structural support, energy absorption, air flow, and light diffusion.

A honeycomb grid made of aluminum can be easily resized by a buyer by using a bandsaw or knife in order to reduce its size.

Does this sheet have a rigid feel to it, or does it have a ?

thinnest of the two, Quite a bit of flex in the 250. I'm talking about the ones. It won't be able to span much more than six or so inches if it is 500 or greater in diameter.

Does this radiator fit the motor on my Yamaha Stryker motorcycle, or else how can I use it to replace the existing one?

My goal is to cut it into circles of approx. 2" dia. Is it possible to use something like a diamond-edged hole saw to do this?

My only experience with a hole saw is with a drill press. On large orders, we use dies, while on smaller orders, we just tape off the top of the material with painters tape, trace out our design on the tape, and use a tabletop bandsaw to cut out the design. Do the bed surfaces of laser cutters work with this product?

The style is fantastic

With scissors, it is easily cut and can be fitted into a mold with ease. The thickness is great, and I hope to make some beautiful knife scales with it.
