A representative from Hobby-Edge contacted me I contacted Wing and they said that the product was just barely within their manufacturing tolerances and they would replace it by accepting the return of the original. I spoke to them again and was told that the replacement would be 198mm x 300mm, so it would still not suit my purposes. As I changed my feedback to 3 stars from 2, I am appreciative of the seller's willingness to be forthcoming and to communicate even though there was no solution found.

The item I was looking for was definitely worth finding. There was a plastic item that was fatigued and breaking that I needed to reinforce. The carbon fiber sheet was cut with a Dremel, shaped as required, and the plastic part was riveted to the carbon fiber sheet. The Dremel worked well to cut the carbon fiber. I found drilling the carbon fiber to be more difficult than drilling through the plastic, though. I can see how I will use carbon fiber for other plastic reinforcements in the future and wish I could get larger pieces. In the meantime, I will continue looking for larger sheets and panels.

Fast shipping as well. I attribute its great quality to the clean edges it left behind with very little frey. Machined beautifully, no defects. In addition, the finish on this deck is extremely glossy, and the price is substantially less than from other manufacturers I've shopped from, even I received the plate within a few days and was surprised at how early it arrived. This plate was used to make a frame for a quad copter, and it turned out perfectly. I would highly recommend the ARRIS brand to professionals and hobbyists.

The material here is carbon fiber of the highest quality. When milled, it cuts with crisp lines. The next time I buy it, I'll be sure to get it.
