What you do is shape it first, then spray it with clear coat paint. As you can see in my photo, the final result is stunning, and the best part is that it won't melt in extreme heat. As a result, it is ideal.

With my human effort to bend at 300mm length, there is very little flex. This is not a scientific approach. As an orthotic, I'm using it to heal and protect myself from turf toe.

Carbon fiber of the highest quality

When cutting, put on a respirator. As it should be, it's light and powerful. I would buy it again and again. Clear protective film on both sides, which is ideal for my Impulse 32 project.

br>br>While most of us are familiar with the pattern and appearance of carbon fiber, many are unaware of its strength, which is what truly distinguishes it from other materials. br>br>I used this to reinforce a few critical junction points within various sculptures, and I was blown away by how stable it was. br>br>I attached this with a high-quality epoxy, then clear coated it after it had fully cured. br>br>By incorporating carbon fiber, my junction was able to safely hold the weight I required, and it could have held much more. br>br>In the future, I will undoubtedly use this product more. Exceptional product. br>br>.

Strong but not too heavy

When lightness and strength are the most important factors, this is a good substitute for wood and metal. These are used as mounting plates for RC planes. I used a water bath to cut mine with a CNC router. Carbon fiber is conductive and can block RC signals as well as short out batteries, so use the same insulation techniques you would for metal when working with it.

Ideal as a backdrop for photos

I bought this carbon fiber plate to use as a backdrop for some of my products' photography. br>br>It fit perfectly in my photo box and was stiff rather than floppy. br>br>I can see this being useful for eliminating drone parts or other fabrication requirements. br>br>I was delighted to discover that both sides included a plastic surface protection sheet. br>br>This makes me very happy.
