Using a metal cutting blade, I cut it at about 22 TPI and it cut well. However, it is hard on the blade of the saw!
The material has very little flex, it isn't like aluminum when bending! If I tried to bend it, it probably would shatter!

By doing so, the sandpaper will become less rigid and will be easier to sand around cutouts, corners, and the like.
I have had good success connecting pieces with CA glue (super glue). To prepare the areas I was going to glue, I scuffed up the surfaces with sandpaper, cleaned them up, etc.
I plan to use two of these panels to construct a robot frame. I found them to be highly accurate and smooth for my application, and they work well. More will be purchased in the future. In the photo, you can see a rendering of how it is being used.
To make a new carriage plate for my Monoprice Maker Select V2 3D printer, I needed a carbon fiber sheet. The product appears to be exactly what I was looking for. I've yet to cut it and install it.
It cannot be mistaken for a picture, as it is a high-quality carbon fiber sheet, and was CNC cut.
This is a very good quality product. It was easy to work with this material and the parts I made turned.
