They work great for removing catheter tape on small animals (dogs and cats), as I am a vet tech student. Every time my classmates ask if they can use my scissors, I always say yes. I bought a larger pair of the same brand (the ones on the right in the photo), but they're more for removing bandages. They are compact and light, and they easily fit into my pocket. They're also very attractive! A fantastic purchase! If you work in the veterinary field, you should definitely check it out.
These bandage scissors are fantastic! Not only are they beautiful, but they also cut through multiple layers of tape, fit comfortably and smoothly for our smaller patients, and are small enough that I don't feel like my pockets are weighing me down (pens, drug keys, etc. ). My doctor has requested that I order a second couple pair for use in the hospital.
I have no idea what I was reading because I didn't realize they were three. 5" long! br>They're cute and colorful, and they don't stab me in the hip or thigh when I put them in the pocket of my scrub pants. Now all I have to do is locate them.
The scissors were small enough to fit on my badge reel, which was the whole point of them. The color is consistent and hasn't faded in any way. The only issue I have with the scissors is that they open on their own, and I've tried everything I can think of to tighten them up.
These are fantastic! They're beautiful, sharp, and compact; I keep a lot of stuff in my scrub pockets, and these are a lot smaller than the bandage scissors that come with the hospital (LVT). They're a little on the small side, but they're just right for me (size 4). 5 rings). There is a score of 5. If you require a larger size, choose the 5in option.
I recently started working in veterinary medicine and quickly realized that almost everyone at my workplace has these, so I had to have them as well! The 3. I use 5" vision to remove IV catheters, but I also like how colorful they are.
They're perfect for me. In a veterinary setting, it's ideal for taking out IV catheters. They are distinguished from other instruments in the workplace by their color.
They look exactly like the picture, have a nice pearly metallic finish, but are incredibly tiny! I didn't think to check the size in the description, but be aware that they are tiny. I needed a new pair for work, but they're so small that I'm sure they'll get misplaced quickly.
