What makes them feel compelled to lie? Do they function as intended? Yes. Is it a good value for the money? Yes. Have I given them back to you? I didn't get rid of them because they're useful. However, they are not made of titanium. The title, as well as all of the descriptions, contain a ridiculous lie. Titanium is a non-reactive metal. magnetic. Steel is any metal that a magnet sticks to. These are attracted to a magnet. (Not to mention the fact that to be Ti, the price would have to be around $45. ) ) However, as I previously stated, these do work and appear to be a non-issue. The marketing lie still bothers me, even though the branded version is identical to the popular Madison Supply ones and costs half as much.
The images depict how it appeared when it was taken straight from the book. Because this type of scissor is primarily used for medical purposes, it could have been used on blood, drainage, or other nasty (or infectious) things. This is revolting. The images depict the product as it appeared when it was first opened. I didn't make any use of it at all.
This can be seen in the images provided by the seller. However, it was only bent 15 degrees on the one I received. The lower blade will be very thick as a result, making it difficult to get under bandages. br>br>As a result, I returned it and received a replacement quickly. It had the same defect, so I'm returning it for a refund. br>br>It's a pity. Aside from that, everything was exactly as I had hoped.
Trim the bandage to fit every now and then. Unfortunately, the black paint started to wear off about two months after I bought it. Scissors have become rusted and are very difficult to use. Because the rust is red, it means there was a lot of iron in it. Also, if titanium corrodes, it should corrode to the color of aluminum, which is gray or white, not red! So, as far as I can tell, these were regular steel scissors with black paint on them. The product description is extremely deceptive. I've bought stainless steel scissors before and never had a problem like this. The cost is the same.
I'm an ER nurse, so I know what I'm talking about. These shears are adequate if you need a functional, inexpensive, and replaceable pair. I've successfully used them in code situations to easily cut the clothes of patients. They're not perfect; the blade alignment could be tighter, and the handle is extremely hard - but they're close. When cutting through thick material, it can be painful to hold. br>br>If you're willing to pay a premium for top-tier service, Look elsewhere if you're looking for minor accessories.
Because I'm a nurse, I don't use them in the same way that a medic would. The color is exactly what you're looking for. It appears to be identical to the image that was provided. My only issue with them is that they are heavier and bulkier than I would like, which is due to the fact that I do not use them as a medic would. Scrub pants with leg side pockets, on the other hand, are ideal for this. But when I put them in the pockets of my scrub top, they feel too heavy and bulky! The product is fantastic! Just for the problems mentioned above, I'd give it a 4/5!.
The second thing I noticed was what appeared to be wear on the scissors, but it turns out that the coating can be rubbed off with your fingers. br>br>However, it easily cut through the plastic bag in which it was packaged. br>br>Add $3 to your budget. For $4, you can get a pair of shears that is well-made and of good quality. I wish I had read the reviews before making a purchase.
So I bought two pairs, and the first pair is still in use. To give you a little background on myself, I work as an ER nurse in the busiest hospital in my state's lower half. A few overalls and leather boots have been ripped apart by these. They are still in use. They have a little more give to them than they did at first, which indicates that they will eventually wear out, but for the price, they are unbeatable. If you're looking for a good pair of trauma shears, these will suffice.
