I ordered these a few days ago and they look good and are at an affordable price, but they can be quite heavy. In order to spin the bearings, you must exert measurable effort. they are installed in a system, I find that they slow the revolutions by almost 300 rpm compared to the older pillow bearings they replace. )and greased them The perimeter seals also get sprayed with lithium grease, but it did not work to fix the issue. Maybe they'll loosen up over time, but at the moment they are limiting my system's performance.
First time purchaser of flange bearings, I was dissatisfied with the way the bores of the bearings were not aligned with the flanges. The guy at tractor supply educated me on the self-aligning feature when I went to purchase replacements locally. I was going to return them, but I got the new ones from tractor supply and they were self-aligning. worthwhile to make a notation on the packaging that indicates this fact and its implication. have noticed several comments on other bearings with similar results that suggest I am not the only one who did not know this.
It is a heavy duty, well-built product.
I love it.
There was a plastic bushing attached to it. I am very pleased with the result!
Since they are in a 2 pack, they are perfect.
I'm glad they are 5/8 bore. There will be a way to use the spare, I'm sure.
I was very happy with the result. There was one thing I really liked about this product it was true to size.
That was the case. Good job, PGN! I was surprised at your 625.
