It will depend on how much weight is on the load. Pillow blocks can't hold up to much side thrust if the cart travels straight. If the cart travels straight with very little side thrust, they will hold up well.
It is for that purpose that I used them. Exactly what I wanted. There was a mounting bracket at each end that I had to make.

A good bearing appears to be in place. This is a solid and well-constructed building. It fits hardware with a 1/2 inch diameter. Erk fittings are metric and have a 6x1 tapped hole. The mm mark points to the right. Although it fits my grease gun, it is a bit too big for my grease nozzle. You can build a 1/2 ton lawn roller by using two pairs of wheels. My bearings had to be tapped with a hammer to make them straight, but otherwise they work fine.
