It is not my intent to have the bearings self-align, but rather to have them lock on. Will they be able to do that?

It has a self-aligning nature

As far as I can tell, they work fine, but I couldn't get them to align for my use. When I tried to adjust the bearing with a hammer and punch, I caused them to break. As long as it is installed on something heavy like a press or a workbench, I think they should be fine.

As far as I can tell, they work fine. The trucks are heavy, seem sufficiently built, and I don't expect to break them down whenever I need them.

This is an extremely poor quality product

The quality of the product is poor. As a result of using these bearings, I was able to accomplish what I needed to achieve The bearing moves around a lot in the housing due to a "lazy susan" design. This would not be suitable for use with rapid rpms.
