Questions & Answers
Jogoswall Automatic Fire Extinguisher leaves no residue after extinguishing a fire, and it won't harm or corrode electronic components, so it's safe to use in printers, computer cases, network server switches, and other precision electronic equipment.
The fire extinguisher's spray port can work in any direction as long as it's installed in the engine compartment.
When the car fire extinguisher detects a fire or detects a temperature greater than 170 degrees, it will quickly activate. The fire was put out in less than 10 seconds, there was no residue, and the car's engine was not damaged.
Don't worry about the fire extinguisher damaging your car engine; the fire extinguishing agent and coolant inside it will turn into gas and extinguish the fire through a chemical reaction, leaving no residue.

This appears to be the ideal solution for my needs. In a motorhome, it is used to mount behind an absorption fridge. For the cooling process, the refrigerator uses hydrogen gas, ammonia, and an open flame. It's a perfect storm for a fire caused by a leak, and it doesn't happen very often. I'll also put in a thermostat to keep it from lighting again. br>br>I'm not going to waste $50 testing this unit because it's UL rated. It appears to be well-made and should perform satisfactorily - It was put to the test by UL. True, another reviewer knocked it down because Amazon won't accept returns due to flammable material in the product. When it is tripped, the two compounds inside combine to produce heat and gas - Because of Amazon's return policy, I would not give this a lower rating because of the combustion products generated.
Moisture and heat will come into contact with it. I'm curious to see how long the adhesive will last and whether the fuse will still light after a few years. I sincerely hope I will never find out.
It's non-returnable and about the size of a cigarette package, so it's unlikely to put out a small car fire.
I haven't been able to install it because it keeps falling off because it isn't as sticky as advertised.
