I'd say no, but the locking mechanism is plastic and simple to replace, and you might be able to get the same keyed locking mechanism from the same manufacturer.
The back of the cabinet has holes for round head screws with backing washers to fasten to mounting board; if fastening to wallboard, you should use a type of wall anchor because regular screws will pull out.

This is the second time we've purchased several of these for our daycare.
The product is adequate for the price, though perhaps a tad overpriced. It did, however, arrive damaged. I sent it back and placed an order for a new one.
