Questions & Answers
Yes. Sort of. The factory guarantees them against any manufacturing flaws, which means that if a cable breaks or comes apart due to a flaw in the manufacturing process, the factory will replace it. However, they will not provide a warranty if the cable has been damaged by use and then breaks, or if it has been overloaded. Every coil of cable they use is pulled tested after a piece is removed. They'll be certified, so there's a slim chance the cable's strength will be an issue. We've discovered that obtaining a warranty from them is extremely difficult. br>Normally, if a cable breaks, the factory will request photos of both ends of the break. Then they'll examine the images and almost always tell us that the cable was damaged or overloaded while in use. I believe I've seen them offer a warranty on a cable that had come undone at the hook.
br>There is a hook on one end. br>The other end, as shown in the picture, is plain.

In October, I ordered three of them at once for my twin line wrecker and flatbed. 2 to freshen up the look of my truck's cables, and the flatbed cable has yet to be installed. I installed them in January, and after only two months of use, the first cable unwound while winching a Honda civic 15 feet to the pavement, and the other cable developed kinks while winching a Ford Ranger out of a customer's driveway in the snow. I really like B/a cables, but these are terrible! I'm not sure if this was a bad batch or what, but these are garbage! For the towing industry, this is definitely not a good choice.
work as required.
Excellent product at a reasonable price. Everything was exactly as described, and it was delivered quickly!.
Complete the task.
It was the ideal match for my winch.
This cable is starting to show signs of wear. I'm going to keep an eye on it until it breaks.
