Yes. On the package, it says "made in China."
Yes, depending on the clogs, the barbs may lose their effectiveness over time, but they can certainly be reused. I highly recommend them; I've been using them to keep my drains clear for years, and I'm no longer using expensive liquid chemical cleaners. In my order, I received a bag of six, which were extremely inexpensive and effective!

When the shower drain starts running slowly in my 1950's built and never remodeled shower, I use these to clear any hair from the drain. It does a fantastic job, and it's so simple to use that even someone like me, who has no experience with fixing things, can use it. I just throw it away when I'm done, which is probably not the best thing for the environment, but it's convenient. According to my understanding, both plastic and hair will last forever, so if the earth survives, an archaeologist may one day discover our filthy drain cleaners and test our hair samples to determine our diets in the twenty-first century. I'm not sure how typical we are, but perhaps we'll skew the sample, leading them to believe that everyone is gluten-free.
This drain clog remover did not meet my expectations at first. The other types, which have a Velcro-style end piece, appear to do a better job of catching clogged hair. Hair clogs our shower drain, which is usually 6"- 8" in diameter. 8" down. This is where the product's unexpected benefit comes into play. Only about 8" into the drain do I push it. Due to its wider width than the other style, twisting this type is a little more difficult. However, because this tool has barbs the entire length, I simply cut off the last 6" and reused the rest. In comparison to a single use of the Velcro tip style, I can use each drain tool about seven times. Because of this, I can get a lot of uses out of it, which is great; I highly recommend it if your clog isn't too far down the drain, as ours is.
First, try it in the tub on a long one. The bend in the middle snapped it. The packaging was to blame for the bending. I'm sure I wouldn't have half of that thing stuck in my tub drain right now if it hadn't been under tension when it was packaged.
99 I purchased this, and my drain was as good as new after 30 seconds. It quickly cleared the drain by pulling up clumps of hair and other gunk. It's ready to use now that I've cleaned it up. I can have one in each bathroom, as well as a few extras, thanks to the multipack. I'm sure the chemicals cost more than $30. Get this if your drain is clogged or slow.
It's simply too big and clumsy! It'll work for my shower, but not for my sinks.
These have been a great addition to the sink areas in our bathrooms. Even though I try to keep my sink hair-free, my long hair finds its way down the drain. free. This gets rid of the hair clumps, and my drain is much better afterward.
Despite the fact that I was unable to completely remove the shower stopper. I was able to easily clean out the clog with this. It fit well and did the job I needed it to do. br>br>However, use it with caution. It's a piece of plastic with teeth that can catch you if you get too close.
Paid for prime one-day delivery, then Amazon passed it on to the USPS mail system. Mix and match, some are 25" and some are 18" and came packaged rolled in a circle, which leaves a terrible memory effect. With one day, I wish you the best of luck.
