All of this is necessary to keep the toilets flushing and the business running
5/5

We've found that having these items on hand at our spa is the best way to keep things running smoothly. following some clients' misfortunes of flushing feminine hygiene products. . . or a quarter roll of toilet paper that was once used to double cover the hourly hygienically sterilized toilet seat. So there you have it. |. . . br>br>We purchased this pack for the 39" long grabber. . . more on that in a moment. br>br>The plastic doo-doo-doo-doo-doo-doo-doo We've been using hickies for emergency toilet de-clogging for years. BUT THE ONES INCLUDED IN THIS SET ARE SHORTER THAN THE ONES WE USUALLY USE, AT ONLY 20" INSTEAD OF THE 25" WE USUALLY USE - You'll find that the final 5 inches of reach can mean the difference between "Sweet Success" and "Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh- Poop! br>br>The plastic things are only good for one use, and the 25" ones (usually) work! So here's what's included in this bundle: The 20" one that comes with it might be useful - However, 25" ones or the included 24" metal grabbers may be of greater assistance! . . . but not the 39 INCH LONG auger if the former does not! br>br>This 63" puppy is a last-ditch effort - That will either work or will not work. Stocking a toilet in the middle of a hectic spa schedule when a bath isn't an option - OR NOT! and to be able to "usually get it done" a few days before the plumber you'd otherwise have to call - or getting a new wax seal and completely dismantling the toilet - are all things that NO BUSINESS has time for. . . br>br>The disadvantage of not having the 25" plastic (or the 20" in this case) do- The first time I used hickies, I didn't even need to use the 24" grabbers that came with the pack. or the fact that its 39-inch auger is made of plastic doo-doo-doo-doo-doo-do Hickies are simple to toss and use. With the plastic do-it-yourself kit, There's no muss, no fuss, and no ICKIE metal thing to figure out how to clean with hickies. br>br>However, in the spa business, keeping the toilets clean and free of debris is critical, and these items help keep a big smile on one's face (because you know you can fix the problem quickly) while assuring the customer (who undoubtedly caused the mess) that ". . . We're SO Sorry this Occurred!" …No! . . . it isn't a big deal - be resolved in a flash! " I truly believe it. Having the 39" auger guy (or the 24" metal grabbers) on hand is well worth it to keep any embarrassed customer happy and your business running smoothly - as well as after it has been used - Even putting up with having to fill a bucket with 170 degree water, 1/2 cup bleach, and soak the metal thing every now and then- i. e. you clean it and rinse it in 170 degree water before re-using it (with gloves on). use. br>br>As all business owners know, it's all in a day's work keeping your customers happy and knowing that you can almost always avoid another untimely, incredibly expensive, avoidable, always too late, emergency plumber call. . . br>br>And while we're on the subject of avoiding emergency plumbing calls, and despite our adorably fun and informative postings requesting guests to avoid the types of causes we all know lead to stuffed toilets. . . We started using a RidX flush over night to break down any paper products in the leads to the main sewer a while ago after running into this problem over the years. br>br>And that's all I've got to say about it;.

Basic set for a low price
4/5

For minor clogs, this is a basic set. For less than $8, this is acceptable. There isn't enough time or quality to do anything else. The majority of people will benefit from investing in a longer, higher-quality snake and grabber. Note that this kit will not work in a drain with a crossbar because none of these items, except the short orange plastic ones, will fit through the smaller opening created by the crossbar. The same can be said for the majority of other snakes and grabbers. It's worth noting that the metal snake is prone to becoming entangled in pipes. That happened to me as well, but I was able to shake it off. If this isn't enough, I'll probably seek professional assistance.

Snakes aren't built properly
3/5

My sink is clogged with my son's and my hair because we both shed excessively. My bathroom drain kept getting clogged up with the orange hair removal tool. The jagged edges were getting stuck to something, and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get it out at first, which scared me! When you press down on the red part of the tool, an alien-like creature emerges. Something that looks like a claw appears. I guess it's supposed to grab anything that might be in the drain, but it barely fit down the drain and didn't grab anything, so I'm sure there's hair and who knows what else in there because my sink keeps filling up. I own a three-bedroom house. a one-year-old who enjoys "washing her hands" in order to play in the sink! It's impossible to know what she's put down the drain! At the very least, the orange creature was able to remove some of its hair. The snake isn't built properly; it needs a solid, straight piece below the handle so you can hold it while turning the blue handle.

Pieces that are large
3/5

It didn't work out. All of the pieces were too large to go down the drain in my tub. However, it could be useful to someone else.

Yup
5/5

It works. I'd include pictures to show you how well it works, but I didn't want to make you uncomfortable. br>br>The kit includes three plastic tools that, depending on how hard you use them, you may be able to reuse. On the first one, I went a little too hard and bent some of the teeth, rendering the tool useless. Even though these were advertised as a one-time use item, I was not disappointed. time-use; It's been a bonus that I've been able to reuse the second plastic one. I haven't tried the metal ones yet, but they appear to be promising. After I've used it, I'll update my review. br>br>So far, they've unclogged our bathroom sinks and worked like a charm.

The most effective declogging tool available
5/5

After years of trying various drain declogging agents that didn't work, this is the best because there are no chemicals to deal with. It's a breeze to work with. I should've photographed all of the hair I yanked. This is an incredible little device. The water was quickly drained.

The orange tool is shorter than the original version, but it is still a good value for the money
4/5

As a result, I gave it four out of five stars. It still works and clears the drains of all the clogged hair. A word of advice: To complete the project, you'll need gloves, needle nose pliers, and paper towels. The pliers are extremely useful in removing the remaining hair from the tool so that it can be reused.

The product is exactly as described, and I had a pleasant experience
5/5

I had a slow drain that refused to respond to commercial drain cleaners or home remedies involving baking soda and vinegar. I'm a little concerned because it clogged last year and is the outlet for my A/C condensation, which caused my A/C to shut down in central Texas. To my surprise, I only needed to use the orange plastic device to completely clear the drain; the included devices, which were clearly intended for more serious issues (sort of mini stainless steel plumbers snakes), did not need to be used, but would have clearly served if I had needed them. There's no need to call a plumber because this is such a good deal.
