This was used for an air cylinder used in the can crusher. I received fittings with the tube size indicated, which was not true for the uxcell brand I also bought. On telecommunications switches of other sizes, some have questioned whether the switch has a PT or an NPT. You can't tell if the internal threads are NPT or PT (British). Although I did not experience any difficulty threading the included fittings or a variety of name brand legris fittings in the NPT size, some threaded much deeper than others, but none of the fittings had air leaks. However, there are times where there is a "middle" position, where air is not directed fully through the switch to the proper ports, which is simply a result of not taking the lever all the way down. There are mounting holes on the back that secure it in place against a metal plate. The overall experience has been very positive.

Currently, we are using equipment with manual open/close doors, and we have decided to upgrade to pneumatic. lever is designed to allow a laser machining center operator to open and close the machine quickly and smoothly. Open the door by turning the lever up, close the door by turning the lever down.

Was I clear enough in my reading? That is obviously not the case. Due to the fact that I live in the US, this stupid thing has european threads on it, so I am now required to use the fittings it came with, which makes things more tricky. The following statement applies to NPT The National Pipe Thread, (US), 60 degree taper with a PT-mount It is composed of 55 degrees of taper Pipe Thread, (European).

Then why would I have imagined that this would have been available.

A top quality air hand lever operated TaiLonz tool that worked properly in pushing and pulling a pneumatic cylinder was that of the "TaiLonz Pneumatic 5 Way 2 Postion Air Hand Lever Operated Valve. ". The TaiLonz valve I bought needed to be connected to my existing compressed air system, but I was having trouble finding a fitting that would allow me to connect the two. After searching for months, I contacted TaiLonz and they helped me locate the fitting I needed. The company asked for a picture of the two parts I wanted to connect after I sent it to them. To my surprise, TaiLonz responded with a picture of the fitting that I had been searching As a result of my inquiry, TaiLonz mailed me two fittings by sending me the Amazon link for the fitting. I received them today and they are just what I needed. You guys are amazing at support and products. Thanks a lot. I now contact TaiLonz for all my pneumatic product needs.
