Would someone be able to direct me to the source for a 24V
That can be handled by the service technician department of Elkay. I'm not sure.
110v is the power source for the fountain. Unless I look at an electrical schematic, I am unable to determine whether the solinoid converts to a lower voltage.
There's a good chance of it working. Among the sheets I found, I can't find the one that will produce the best results for you.

I've been taken for a ride! As you won't find a better deal at this price. Don't be shy, spend a few hundred dollars on your water fountain to be fixed by a hairy butt cracked plumber. Alternatively you can do it yourself and save 1/5 the cost, plus you'll have the satisfaction of knowing that you did it yourself. These days it is rare to find something truly special. After you've read this, you can thank me.

Our water fountain has now been fixed since we installed the right part.
