All of the parts were a perfect match for the existing components. Because the instructions aren't as clear as they could be, it's worth looking at how your current parts fit into the system before replacing them. The red washer that goes on top of the diaphragm assembly was the only piece I initially overlooked. Overall, I'm happy that I was able to avoid a service call because there was no leak and the backflow test passed.

it was a success It did exactly what it said it would do. It's simple to put together and includes lubricant, so all you'll need are some tools.

Although this rebuild kit did the job, the price for a few rubber and plastic pieces seems excessive. It was cheaper to rebuild than to replace, which is why I bought it.
