Fortunately, I have a reliable source of information in my area. to a supplier who sells these kinds of products In addition, the specifications for the inlet and outlet are frequently left out. Dimensions and thread sizes, for example. All of the necessary information for a buyer like me. And, in most cases, you won't be able to contact the seller, so you'll be guessing.

Is the 23120A a viton seal model?

Is there a maximum psi rating for this? I'm looking for one with a pressure range of 150 to 300 pounds per square inch. ?

If you can live with continuous bypass, this is a good valve for you

If you're looking for a simple release, this is the place to be. It's more of a pressure regulation valve than a pressure relief valve. Bypassing excess flow, it appears to work well in maintaining a set pressure. When the pressure rises to the point where it begins to bypass, it will continue to bypass at a much lower pressure. If you can live with continuous bypass, this is a good valve for you. I don't think this valve will work for you if you just want to release excess pressure and then close it.
