It didn't come with instructions, just a diagram. They couldn't answer any of my questions and I never installed it in my basement. Don't waste your money.
No, you won't find a drain valve on this one. To remove the water, I scoop it into a plastic cup just below the IN/OUT port, then remove the cable from the outlet and do the rest of the cleaning outside the port.
The unit I ordered is running just fine. I replaced an old steel unit that had become so rusted that it had to be thrown away. In my opinion, this stainless unit should last a lifetime, and I would recommend it to anyone.

The experience has been very satisfying for me. I expected it to be like this.
In this case, manufacturers did not indicate what the dimensions of incoming pipes were, neither the depth of their grease nor the depth of their pipes from top to bottom.
It has a really nice construction.
The worship of God is.
I like it!.
The product is excellent in quality and functionality.
All of the welds on the output side are rusting. The welds should have been made too hot, and now the metal has lost its "stainless" quality. This may not be able to withstand the test of time before leaking. As I have this hooked up to a low-powered source, I am able to monitor it wirelessly It would be useful to add another baffle on the input side of the sink to slow down flow some. The kitchen sink I have has a 5 GPM flow rate, and grease easily goes past the baffle on the output side.
I haven't had any issues As the doctor ordered, this is just what's needed. I like that it is stainless outside and inside, it looks like it will last a lifetime. So far, it has been a perfect fit!.
