Questions & Answers

Is there anything else that needs to be done in order to convert it from straight-to-vertical? Is it better to go through or around the corner? If this is the case, what additional item(s) was/were sold? cost?

Meloni, This unit can be changed in the field, but if your walls aren't tiled or finished in stainless steel, you'll want to order a "false panel" to go in the machine so that water doesn't spray out when you raise the doors. 05700- is the part number. 002- We are unable to provide you with a price for item 66 because we do not have one on hand. This year's list price is $257, according to my knowledge. 00, but you'd have to speak with Consolidated Foodservice directly to get the correct price. br>I hope we were able to provide you with a comprehensive response to your questions. br>Thank you very much.

Is this a product manufactured in the United States?

Yes, they are manufactured in Barbourville, Kentucky. in particular

Is this a hot or cold temperature?

It gets its hot water from a regular hot water heater the way we have it hooked up. The highest temperature that could be reached is around 180 degrees Fahrenheit. I'm not sure if this answers your question, but it's worth a shot.

Is it better to use electricity or gas?

I believe all it takes is a 120v outlet.

The detergent guy even remarked on what a great machine it was: We've run the dishwasher a few times now and it's been great so far; we chose it over similarly priced washers because of the very detailed owners manual, and we got a big bonus when the guy came to hook up the detergents; he said he was glad it was this machine because the motor pump thing was up above and away from the waste accumulator, and he's qualified to work on it if/when it needs repairs
5/5

Also, he said to make sure no food goes into the dishwasher, which we already knew, but he kept emphasizing it, as if it were what happens when the owner goes home late at night and someone ends up putting dirty dishes covered in food into the dishwasher, which we know won't happen in our situation. These dishwashers are primarily used to sanitize previously "clean" dishes; however, aren't nearly all dishwashers used for this purpose? even in one's own home? Who wants to "sanitize" and "wash" food chunks? If you put food in the dishwasher, the food will fly all over the place while the water sprays, and how will the dishes get clean in that situation? But, based on what our dishwasher chemical guy says, people don't know or understand this? I'm hoping that none of the restaurants where I eat, other than ours, put food in their dishwashers.
