There is a leak from inside the spigot because it is not closed all the way or it is defective. If there is a leak from around the spigot you probably forgot to put the gasket or O-ring in. There may have been a ring on when you installed it or it may have been on the wrong side meaning inside or outside, I can't recall
While I don't think this one would be suitable for a location below the ground, I do think that it can be placed underneath the ground if

For under $70 for stainless and tig'd is an absolute steal. Sealing the top is unnecessary because you should check it regularly and not allow the water to overflow to a point where it will overflow. Do as you wish with your unit and don't complain about paying over $1000 for it and having it professionally installed. Besides that, I'll just be happy that we won't have to dig up and unclog our septic vent once a year, saving $70, and it's something I can easily do myself.
Food vending and a grease trap are needed for a food truck, and we are being told by the health inspector that we will not be able to be certified until the grease trap is installed. As soon as we installed this grease trap, we got our first inspection pass! I was able to install it very easily.
I ordered the wrong one earlier and had to return it to you without incident, but this time I got it right. My reorder arrived very fast and I received it just in time for my meeting. However, I had a problem with the fact that there are no directions or paperwork at all, all you have to do is.
As well as not being able to use the product in my coffee shop, I was also unable The price was right and I decided to purchase the grease trap based on reviews. I was told, however, when I went to install it, that it was not within the city of Columbus, Oh's guidelines and was rejected. Make sure you are careful. If you're interested in purchasing this, please contact the city building department!.
It has no seal, so when the water level is full, it spills out the top. Despite the latches working well, there is no watertight seal because metal on metal doesn't last very long. As a result, it was unable to be used My giant mess is all over the place. It had to be sealed myself, so I bought weatherproof seal. As of now, everything works as it should. In most cases, the trap gets the things it wants.
It accumulates grease, but then you have to dump it out when you clean it. It's a very difficult place to clean, and it's not very big.
I found the installation to be very simple. There was only one thing I would have liked to change water never stayed.
It does exactly what I wanted it to do.
