According to this approach, the mat would be more likely to last longer. The product feels like it was made with a professional grade. My only complaint is the price, which is ridiculously high for the type of materials you are paying for. I would probably consider buying one in my lifetime if I only had to buy one. The best Makisu mat I have ever owned, it is definitely the best I have.
Since I am a sushi chef, I have used this mat every single shift for over a year. Unlike a more expensive mat, this one stands up to heavy use. There are no cons as the inseam design is great. Despite its length (I'm not going to roll anything that fat), I trimmed my own without difficulty. However, you may be able to enjoy it too. In the gaps, it constantly gets stuff stuck. This needs a bit more attention when it comes to cleaning.
It was important to me that my sushi rolls don't get sticky because every piece of rice sticks to it. There is definitely a problem with the bamboo mats sticking to rolls. All of the sushi chefs that I've seen working use plastic wrap between the mat and rolls. personal goal is to reduce my use of disposable plastics like plastic wrap, so this plastic mat with low stickage is excellent for rolling sushi rolls that are tight and clean! This product is easy to clean and reuse to feed your family and friends, which gets.
It was important to me to have a sushi mat that was vibrant in appearance, so I ordered a yellow sushi mat. The mat did not contain any imperfections. The bag rolls up pretty well and appears to be durable. To describe it, if that gives a better description than the picture, I would say it looks like a lot of thin chopsticks strung together. The product I purchased looks like it was made in Taiwan or Japan to me, but I am actually unclear as to which is which. In the box, the sushi mat says Taiwan, but it has a Japanese patent on it. The sushi turned out pretty well in the end, and I just need more time to make it.
I like the way it works and finds it.
This is a good product.
My career experience is as a professional Sushi chef here in the Caribbean and I love the fact that there's no need to wrap my bamboo mat anymore, since I've already done it for the past 12 years of my career. My favorite part of it is the pictures!.
As a result of using it a few times, I have to say that it is the best sushi mat I have ever had. My daughter looked at it and wanted to try it, she told me it is extremely easy to make sushi on this new mat. This quality is ideal for beginners who are interested in sushi. As a result, it is easy to produce the perfect Sushi shape with it.
