The original easy chopper is best if you only use it once a week or for a few minutes a day, but the easy chopper ii is better if you use it for hours a day, as it will save you minutes of work. For example, you can't put a green pepper in the original easy chopper without cutting it, but you can put the whole pepper in the easy chopper ii by doing this.
It's quite simple. Simply unscrew and remove the dicer assembly, then replace it with the slicer assembly.
There is only one fixed blade included. When you place your order, you must specify which you want.
That doesn't seem to me to be a bad idea.

In the first place - cleaning is a pain: ) However, you quickly pick up on the techniques for doing so. It's still well worth the money, and I prefer petite diced because it adds more flavor to stews, soups, and casseroles - So I bought a 1/4-inch dice blade to go with mine, and it works great. I can dice up vegetables, potatoes, mushrooms, and even walnuts faster than you can imagine, no matter how good a knife player you are. So far, I've cooked with it on celery, mushrooms, walnuts, zucchini, cucumber, squash, bell peppers, onions, potatoes, and chicken. It appeals to me greatly. It was well worth the money. The cost of replacement parts is not insignificant - As a result, be cautious and clean thoroughly after each use. I don't anticipate needing replacement parts anytime soon because it is extremely well-made and heavy-duty.
We bought one for each of our deli departments, and they are a huge hit with our employees. When compared to using a knife, this method saves a lot of time.
Chops that are cooked properly should last a lifetime!.
It's very sturdy and saves a lot of time when it comes to dicing.
Perfect! Frying potatoes is now a lot easier!.
Because of all the (overblown) hype on this page, I was eager to purchase this chopper. It turned out that it couldn't even chop a "pre-cut" piece of meat. When I tried to clean mushed-up yellow onion, it did a number on my fingers. removing onion pieces from blades). Because I'm a pretty strong guy and would otherwise have serious doubts about the accuracy of those statements, it's possible that I had a defective product, since all but one other person had an "effortless" experience. Just keep in mind that if you buy this, you may find yourself putting your entire body weight on the handle just to get it through an onion. br>br>If you're looking for a cheaper alternative to a fine knife, this isn't it; most "5 star reviewers" fail to mention that you have to pre-sharpen it. The giant product is not dishwasher safe, and the vegetables get stuck in the blades. This isn't the kind of Pollyanna review that everyone wants to read, but that doesn't mean it's not useful (and while I couldn't care less about my "non-Pollyanna" status, I'm not sure I could care less about my "non-Pollyanna" status). I cite these ratings because they only highlight the misinformation about this product that is being disseminated). I wish I had been forewarned by someone. I squandered a lot of time and money on this (they kindly refunded me, but I had to pay for the return shipping). Disappointed to the point of frustration.
Brill. Clean and simple to use. Onions go well with it.
Happy.
