Could you please tell me what the strainers' maximum operating temperature is?

It is determined by the amount of pressure applied - 70 degrees Fahrenheit at 150 pounds per square inch and (125 degrees Fahrenheit at 100 pounds per square inch)

Is it possible to use this with activated charcoal to make drinking water? Is it possible to use gravity feed with it?

Please note that we do not recommend using our activated charcoal strainers for drinking water. Thanks - Peter

Is this the same size as the bouncer MD, and is it safe to eat?

Yes. The bouncer version appears to have 3/8 threads, but I'm not sure. The clear bowl and filter elements in both the bouncer and our versions are the same.

For the past ten months, it has served me well. In the bottom of the strainer, there are three different leaks. I was dissatisfied with the short duration of service. br>I expected more from a product made in the United States!.
