On some cables like this, the plug in ports aren't turned the other way.

These will not work if you need an "a" drive

These are fine for a "b" drive. Remember the twist these cables had when they were for an "a" and "b" drive? The twist is for the "a" drive, and these don't have it, so they're only for the "b" drive. I disassembled mine and reassembled it with the twist, which I do not recommend unless you've done it before, and now I have a working "a" drive. If it was mentioned in the advertisement, I didn't notice it.

It's a good cable, but it's incompatible with A-type connectors

Disk drives / floppy disk drives These were bought to upgrade an A-grade vehicle. drive in an older point-of-sale computer that these didn't work with However, they are of adequate quality and perform well for the purposes for which they are intended.

With NI myRIO, it's a dream come true

It worked flawlessly with an NI myRIO, which has a 34-bit resolution. Sockets with pins that connect to a power source. I was able to make a connector for the other end out of some spare headers and protoboard, and it was packaged extremely well. There were no issues.
